What’s your COVID policy?
All equipment is fully cleaned and disinfected before and after each hire.
What’s included in the hire?
The hire fee includes eBike, a helmet which must be worn at all times, and a bike lock which must be used to secure the eBike to a permanent structure whenever it is left unattended.
How old do I have to be to hire an eBike from WeDo eBikes?
You must be aged 16 years or over to hire an eBike. Anyone aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Persons aged under 16 are not permitted to ride under the terms of our insurance policy.
Do I have to leave a deposit?
Your credit/debit card will be kept in a virtual vault for the duration of your hire period. No payments will be taken as deposit. On the safe return of your undamaged eBike, your credit/debit card will be released and all details erased. If the eBike is damaged through negligence, an assessment of the cost of repair will be made and deducted from your credit/debit card prior to its release.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring your booking confirmation email with you, along with a form of photographic ID – ideally your driving licence.
What if the weather is bad?
WeDo eBikes maintains the right to cancel sessions at any time should the senior management deem the weather conditions too dangerous. In this instance, customers will be offered the opportunity to book another date or a full refund.
What’s your refund policy?
Where our customers cannot attend their activity for reasons of their own, WeDo eBikes will happily change the date of your booking. No refunds will be given.
